Zeheera has 12 years’ experience in coaching English for working adults and 8 years’ experience training English and communication skills to participants in the corporate world.
She has coached students who are taking IELTS examination as well as working individuals seeking to improve their spoken and written English.
Since March 2020, she has conducted over 30 webinars and English personal coaching sessions organized by her very own company known as Compatibles Venture, by SpeakRight Consultancy and EnSync Learning (for VLC).
Zeheera is a certified HRDF trainer, NLP Practitioner and a Professional Learning Facilitator (PLF). As a PLF, she infuses her sessions with virtual, auditory and kinesthetic learning activities to cater to different participants’ learning styles.
Being also a certified Virtual LearnCaster (VLC), Zeheera has invaluable skills and experience in conducting engaging virtual sessions.
She holds a Bachelor (BSc) with Honours in Biotechnology and Masters (MSc) in Molecular Medicine from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
She is one of the adjudicators to the yearly World Scholar’s Cup English debate competition. Not only that, Zeheera carries out online English public programs and is often invited as a guest lecturer for communication related programs at Universiti Sains Malaysia besides conducting private and group coaching sessions for working adults. She also served as a Toastmasters Club President in 2017/2018 and an Area Director (N2) with Toastmasters District 51 in 2019/2020.
Zeheera is known for her dynamism and positive energy in carrying out her language and communication skill programs. She brings enthusiasm into the lessons and participants have often remarked Zeheera as a fun, lively and engaging facilitator.
